Question 1

Is IPTV legal in Canada and Québec?

Accepted Answer

Service IPTV is positioned around lawful access to television and digital media. You remain responsible for use. We do not offer DRM or geo-restriction bypass, and we have no affiliation with broadcasters, leagues, or streaming platforms. This is not legal advice: if you are unsure, check an official source.

Question 2

How much is an IPTV subscription in Canada?

Accepted Answer

On Service IPTV, Standard Server starts at CA$25 for 3 months and 1 screen. The most popular 12-month plan is CA$59 for 1 Standard screen, with 3 months included. Premium and 2-, 3-, or 4-screen plans are listed on the Pricing page. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

Question 3

How much is a 12-month IPTV subscription in Canada?

Accepted Answer

12 months is the most popular duration. Standard Server: CA$59 (1 screen, down from $89) with 3 months included, $99 (2 screens), $120 (3), $150 (4). Premium: $79 (1 screen), $120 (2), $150 (3), $200 (4), also with 3 months included. All amounts are Canadian dollars, on the Pricing page.

Question 4

Does IPTV work in Québec and Montréal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Service IPTV is an IPTV Canada subscription shaped for Québec (including Montréal) and English Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, and other cities depending on your connection). You use internet you already have — Bell, Videotron, Rogers, Telus, or another ISP — and a player on Smart TV or Fire TV.

Question 5

Does IPTV work on a Samsung or LG Smart TV?

Accepted Answer

Often yes, if the TV accepts an IPTV player in its store (Tizen, webOS, or HDMI to Fire TV / Android). TiviMate is not always on Samsung: IPTV Smarters, SmartOne, or a Firestick are common alternatives. Compatibility depends on the model — it is not universal.

Question 6

Can I use IPTV on Firestick, Fire TV, and Smart TV?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the device accepts a compatible player (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, IBO Player, and others depending on the store). Firestick / Fire TV, Samsung or LG Smart TV, Android TV, and Apple TV are common examples. Compatibility is not universal.

Question 7

Is there a free IPTV Canada trial?

Accepted Answer

A free trial is shown only if it is configured. Right now paid plans (3, 6, 12, 24 months) are the path in. Be wary of random “free M3U lists”: they are not part of our subscription.

Question 8

Does IPTV Canada include hockey?

Accepted Answer

Sports, including hockey when the source carries it, depend on the Standard or Premium catalogue. This is not an affiliation with a league, club, or broadcaster, and coverage is not universal.

Question 9

Where can I see the list of channels, films, and series?

Accepted Answer

The live grid (live TV, films, and series) is in your player after activation, according to Standard or Premium Server. A name mentioned on the site is not promised in every plan. We do not show broadcaster logos or copyrighted posters.

Question 10

What is the difference between Standard Server and Premium Server?

Accepted Answer

Both plans let you use your subscription on compatible devices. They run on different infrastructure and catalogues, so categories, languages, on-demand video, EPG, and replay can differ. Premium is our recommended plan if you want a more complete experience and priority support. We do not automatically compare channel counts, picture quality, speed, or uptime.

Question 11

Which devices can I use?

Accepted Answer

Smart TVs (including Samsung, LG, Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV), Android boxes, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows, Mac, Chromecast, and other compatible streaming devices. Compatibility depends on the app, model, and operating system. It is not universal.

Question 12

Which app should I install?

Accepted Answer

Several third-party players exist, for example TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, ZEN IPTV, IPTV Stream Player, IBO Player, IBO Pro, Flix IPTV, SET IPTV, HOT IPTV, NET IPTV, DEV IPTV PRO, or SmartOne. The right choice depends on your device (Smart TV, Firestick, Android TV) and which store is available. Service IPTV is not affiliated with these apps.

Question 13

Can I install the service on more than one device?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can usually install a player on several compatible devices. Installing is not the same as watching at the same time. Simultaneous streams follow the number of screens in your package.

Question 14

What does “screen” mean in a package?

Accepted Answer

Unless configured otherwise, one screen equals one simultaneous connection. To watch two programmes at once (for example on two TVs), choose a multi-screen plan.

Question 15

What is the EPG?

Accepted Answer

EPG (electronic program guide) is the on-screen schedule that lists what is being broadcast. It depends on data supplied by the source. Not every channel has one.

Question 16

What does “EPG unavailable” mean?

Accepted Answer

It means schedule data is missing for that channel or source. By itself it does not mean the stream is missing or offline.

Question 17

Is replay available on every channel?

Accepted Answer

No. Catch-up varies by server, channel, title, source, and application. We do not promise replay on every channel.

Question 18

How will I receive my credentials?

Accepted Answer

After payment is confirmed, your access details are sent by email and/or WhatsApp. They may be Xtream-style credentials or an M3U list, to be used only with lawful sources. Also check the junk folder.

Question 19

How do I install the service?

Accepted Answer

Choose a plan, complete payment, receive your credentials, install a compatible player, add the credentials, then use the service as authorised. If you order the Android TV 4K box, it arrives preconfigured: HDMI, Wi-Fi, and 15 months already on. Details are on the Installation and Box pages.

Question 20

Can I change apps later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your credentials describe access, not a single app. You can enter them in another compatible player, within your plan limits and that app’s rules.

Question 21

Is the catalogue the same on Standard and Premium?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Catalogues and sources can differ (categories, languages, on-demand, EPG, replay). See the Standard and Premium pages for how each plan is positioned.

Question 22

What Internet connection do I need in Canada?

Accepted Answer

A stable home connection helps. As a rule of thumb, many households aim around 10 Mbps for HD playback and more if several screens run at once. That is not a picture-quality guarantee, and not a 4K promise.

Question 23

Can I ask for a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each pack includes a 7-day refund guarantee. Details are on the Refunds page.

Question 24

Is this a France-oriented subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Service IPTV targets Canada: Québec French, Canadian English, sports and VOD according to the catalogue. A French service may emphasise other lineups. Compare Standard Server and Premium Server on the pack pages, or the Android TV 4K box if you need a device shipped.

Question 25

What is in the IPTV Canada box?

Accepted Answer

An Android TV 4K box with 8 GB RAM, 128 GB storage, the remote and batteries, an HDMI cable, the adapter, the guide, and 15 months of subscription already on. Compatible with HDMI, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet.

Question 26

I don’t have a Smart TV: will the box work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The box turns any television with an HDMI port into Android TV 4K. It is the simple path if you do not have a Smart TV, or if you prefer a device that is already set up.

Question 27

Is the subscription included with the box?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The IPTV Canada box includes 15 months of Premium subscription already on. No extra credential purchase for that period. The catalogue follows the Premium plan; nothing is promised channel by channel.

Question 28

Is the box already set up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is preconfigured: plug in HDMI, join Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and you watch. You do not paste an M3U list on this box.

Question 29

How long does box delivery take in Canada?

Accepted Answer

Usually 3 to 8 business days in Canada. Shipping is included. The hardware warranty is 12 months, with exchange included.

Question 30

What is the difference between subscription only and the box?

Accepted Answer

Subscription only suits you if you already have a Smart TV, Firestick, or another compatible player: you receive credentials. The box is the all-in-one path if you do not have a Smart TV, or if you want Android TV 4K shipped ready, with 15 months included.
